Welcome to the intarweb. Feel free to put yourself on display and sacrifice all privacy in the name of electronic celebrity.

That said, those who host and moderate TotalTangent will not make any non-public information used in registration (such as emails and real names) available to the public.

We may use your email address to send you system updates and announcements on occassion. We may, if our users prove too cheap, donationwise, to support the maintenance and upkeep of TotalTangent, decide to send an email from time to time offering something cool that would help support the cause. This is not a plan but is a possibility. Should such a thing occur, we promise that we will neither spam, nor offer you crap that we wouldn't be into ourselves. If you want to help avoid this, feel free to click on "Donations" and do shopping that you might do anyway through one of our links...that'll send a few pennies back and keep us around a little bit longer.

Anything that you post publicly or allow to be public will, obviously, be public.

Anything that you accidentally make public by clicky-ing on the wrong preference boxes or other such silliness is your own durn fault. Revel in it.
